A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Kelsey Johnson!

I’m a strategic storyteller, digital communicator, and all-around marketing enthusiast with a passion for creating meaningful connections. Whether I’m crafting compelling social content, analyzing engagement metrics, or leading creative campaigns, I thrive on blending strategy with creativity to bring brands to life.

 

From global corporate communications to agency-style problem-solving, I’ve tackled digital marketing from multiple angles—curating social feeds, managing brand messaging, and even running LinkedIn Lives across time zones. My experience in advertising, social media, and branding fuels my excitement for impactful, engaging campaigns.

 

Outside of work, you’ll almost always find me with a camera in hand, capturing life’s best moments. I’m the go-to “social media manager” for my friends and the unofficial videographer for every family vacation—because what’s a trip without a highlight reel? When I’m not creating content, I’m probably traveling, testing out new pasta dishes, or bringing a little extra positivity into every project I touch.

Built strong client relationships and oversaw brand awareness initiatives to drive engagement

Created trend-inspired content for Bayer’s global Instagram, increasing engagement and brand visibility. Moderated LinkedIn Live events, conducted media analysis for communication insights, and collaborated with teams in Germany. Developed targeted content by leveraging expertise in Bayer’s Pharma, Agriculture, and Consumer Health brands

Collaborated with my marketing team to develop a content calendar, promoting the sorority to potential new members. Led a team in gathering content ideas and managing posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, increasing engagement and follower growth. Designed graphics and wrote copy, contributing to a cohesive and engaging online brand.
